Kimberlé Crenshaw, is a Professor of Law at UCLA & Columbia Law School in the USA and Executive Director of the African American Policy Forum. In the video below she breaks down the role of intersectionality in the workplace. The term "intersectionality" is a lens or framework to deal with the fact that multiple forms of overlapping or converging inequality can compound to create discrimination and cause an injustice.
